| Abstract: | The paper presents a summary concerning characteristics of frosting of air source heat pump and its influence on performance of air source heat pump, analyses reasons for frosting during heat production and the factors influencing heat transmission, discusses defrosting techniques and summarizes existing methods and principle of defrosting used in China. Moreover, the author puts forward the research direction of defrosting technique. |
