毛泽东对执政党建设的探索和发展

在中国共产党领导中国人民改造旧政权,建设新政权的过程中,以毛泽东为首的中国共产党人清醒认识和理性思考党所面临的执政新考验,高度重视执政党自身的建设问题,不断探索执政党建设的规律。在建国初期,特别是从1949年10月到1956年,始终把执政党的建设工作列入经常的重要议事日程。始终坚持从严治党,端正党风,严肃党纪,密切和人民群众的联系,从而使中国共产党保持了队伍的纯洁性和先进性,领导中国人民取得了新中国社会主义建设的新成就。

The exploration and development by Mao Zedong on the construction of the ruling party

During the course of the Communist Party of China(CPC)leading Chinese people to transform the old regime and build the new regime,Mao Zedong,as the leader,confronted the difficulty of creating a ruling party with sobriety and rationality.He realized the deep importance of proper construction and constantly considered the proper construction laws of the ruling party.Right sfter liberation,especially from 1949,10 to 1956,Mao Zedong regarded the construction of the ruling party as one of the most important things on his agenda.Mao continuously insisted on being strict with the construction of the party and worked diligently on rectifying Party members'conduct,enforcing Party discipline and maintaining close ties with the masses.He felt these steps necessary so as to ensure the CPC's purity and precedence.His goal was to lead people to great achievements in China's socialist construction.
