| Abstract: | Two - dimension electrophoresis （2D - PAGE） is one of the core technologies in proteomlc research. The basic principle, methods, and the application of the technology are reviewed, as well as that the limitation and improvement are also made a brief discussion. This paper has provided references to the further utilization of it. |
