Thes paper studied on the isozyme zymograms of esterase and peroxidase and the result of the barrier test of hyphae,stipe,pileus of Lentinus edoes(including 8 strains). These tests indicated that the results of isozyme were similar to that of the barrier test ,and the izozyme bands of hyphae may be used for label marker bands. |
