摘    要:半实物仿真是一种针对实际过程的实时仿真技术,它把实物利用计算机接口嵌入到软件环境中,在实时条件下模拟整个系统的运行状态。在并行计算机硬件平台基础上,将刹车控制单元和液压模拟系统接入仿真回路,在RT-Lab环境下对飞机刹车系统进行了半实物仿真,取得了较满意的结果。该系统可以实现飞机在各类环境下起飞和着陆的模拟实验,为刹车系统的设计、改进以及参数的优化提供了试验依据。

Abstract:Hardware-in-the-loop simulation is a kind of real-time simulation in real process. In the real-time condition, the actual plant can be implanted in the loop through the computer interface, thus the whole system can be simulated. A hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on concurrent computer was proposed and the RT-Lab was applied to solve real-time control problem. Using the concurrent computer and RT-Lab, both anti-skid braking controller and hydraulic system could be put into the simulation loop and the satisfactory result was given, which shows that the hardware-in-the-loop system established is effective and correct, and it can improve the system performance and provide various experimental environment for aircraft braking.
