| 摘 要： | 提出了一个适用于电场探头的垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的PSpice等效电路模型。该模型以VCSEL的速率方程为基础,将速率方程表征为线性电路元件组成的等效电路。通过电路仿真软件PSpice对等效模型进行模拟与分析,验证模型的实用性和准确性。

| Abstract: | A PSpice model of Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser is given.This model is applicable for E-filed probe.The model is based on the rate equation of VCSEL,and the rate equation is characterized as a equivalent circuit.The circuit is made up of linear circuit elements.This equivalent model is simulated and analyzed by PSpice,and its practicability and veracity are verified. |
