摘    要:
为测定现浇磷石膏的力学性能,设计了以弹簧作为刚性辅助元件的加载装置,并自制荷载传感器采集荷载,进行了该装置的刚度测试。结果表明,该装置可作为强度较低的脆性材料力学性能的测试装置,但弹簧的制作及安装误差使荷载传感器偏心受力,该影响可作为系统误差;由于弹簧和自制荷载传感器存在变形差异,导致装置的加载刚度和卸载刚度不等,但刚度测试结果精度较好。

Abstract:
For the determination of mechanical properties of cast-in-situ phosphogypsum, the spring load device was designed as a rigid auxiliary components, homemade load sensor to collect load, and the stiffness of the de vice test. Result show that the device can be used as low strength of brittle material mechanical property testing device, but the production and installation error of spring eccentric bearing load of sensor, the influence can be used as a system error; due to the deformation differences of the spring and homemade load sensor, lead to unit load stiffness and unloading stiffness of device varies, but the stiffness test result accuracy is better.
