| 摘 要： | 传统图书馆和数字图书馆相结合而形成的复合图书馆是未来图书馆的发展模式。地方高校图书馆应建设高素质的图书馆员队伍,不断加强数据库建设和制度建设,将数字资源与纸质资源合二为一,真正实现网络环境下的资源共享,完善高校图书馆的文献体系建设,提高高校图书馆文献资源利用率,实现自身最大社会效益。
