微拟球藻蛋白质含量和氨基酸组成分析

摘    要:本研究测定了微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis oculata)的蛋白质含量和氨基酸组成,对其营养进行了评价,并用主成分分析法对微拟球藻及绿藻门其它5种藻类的氨基酸含量进行了比较分析.结果显示:微拟球藻与绿藻门其它藻类蛋白质和氨基酸组成上有较大差异,必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的39.03%,EAAI 为93.86,主成分分析构建了2个主成分,其贡献率:主成分1为79.363%,主成分2为11.054%,累积贡献率为90.417%.

Abstract:Principal component analysis was conducted to evaluate the protein 、amino acid compositon and nutritional value of Nannochloropsis oculata and another five Chlorophyta.The result showed that the ratios between essential amino acids and total amino acids was 39.03%,and the essential amino acid index was 93.86.Two principal components were constructed to reveal a contribution rate of 79.363% for the first principal component and 1 1 .054% for the second principal component,respectively.The cumulative contribution rate of two principal component was 90.41 7%.
