新疆产圆果甘草化学成分的研究

摘    要:本研究新疆产圆果甘草不采用酸、碱条件处理,而用95%酒精浸泡后柱层析提取获得17种结晶物,经MS、EI-MS、IR及熔点测定再进行数据处理,并对照比较,有7种与文献阐明的完全一致。另外通过实验还发现两种新的化合物。

Abstract:kinds of crystals were obtainbed by chromatosraphic coloumn of the 95%ethyl alcohol extract G squamulosa from Xinjiang under no acid or base condition. Depending upon the comparison of the melting Point, MS.EI--MS and iR spectrum datawith those reported in literature seven of them were elucidated. In addition,two kinds ofnew compounds had been found by experiment.
