| 摘 要： | 建立科学的管理体制、进行产业结构的调整、加强后期扶持资金的管理、优先解决库区移民贫困户的问题、开设技术培训班、提高库区移民素质等后期扶持政策的实施,库区移民的收入和生活水平都有了不同程度的提高.本文主要论述库区移民后期扶持中的有效途径.

| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the effective ways of post resettlement support of Three Gorges Project.In order to improve income and living condition of the resettler,post resettelment support policies are carried out,including the establishment of scientific management system,readjustment of industrial structure,fortification of management of funds,priority of solving the problem of poor resettler,and the establishement of skill training program,etc. |
