| 摘 要： | “收支两条线”是政府为了加强财政管理和整顿财政秩序对财政资金采取的一种管理模式。论述了企业“收支两条线”的一般原则及目的,根据“收支两条线”的特点,提出企业在落实“收支两条线”过程中应注意的几个问题。
