对1994年全国体操锦标赛吊环规定动作的分析与研究

对１９９４年全国体操锦标赛吊环规定动作的统计分析结果表明：我国运动员在完成动作的质量和熟练程度上，距规则的要求差距较大，主要表现在运动员的身体素质和专项技能方面较差；基本技术不过硬；对成套动作中的关键动作和连接重视不够，本文针对上述诸问题产生的动因进行了分析研究并提出相应的改进建议。

AN ANALYSIS ON THE COMPULSORY EXERCISES FOR RINGS IN 1994 NATIONAL GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS OF CHINA

By a statistical analysis on the compulsory exercises for rings in 1994,National Gymnastics Cham-pionships of China, the paper intends to show the followings:On the proficiency degree and quality ofthe accomplishing the exercise, there is a great distance between what the Chinese athletes performedand what is required. It mainly includes the unsatisfied skills for special events for the athletee, theirlevel of competence, unsteady primary skills, and insufficient attention paid on the key exercise in aset of exercises, The reason of the above mentioned problems was further analyzed and some corre-sponding improving suggestions were put forward.
