摘 要: | 本文采用2.4-二硝基苯肼分光光度法测定了3种西红柿中维生素C的含量,并且进行了比较。实验结果表明,新疆鲜西红柿(大)中维生素C的含量1.7mg/100g,新疆干西红柿(大)中的维生素C的含量0.44mg/100g,内地的鲜西红柿(小)中的维生素C的含量1.6mg/100g.

Study on the To Determination of the Vitamin C Contained in Tomato |

Abstract: | In this paper the total contents of vitamin C contained in 3 different types of tomatoes is measured using spectrophotometry of 2.4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The results show that, the content of vitamin C in Xinjiang fresh tomatoes, Xinjiang dried tomatoes and small fresh tomatoes (from other part of China) were 1.7mg/100g, 0.44mg/100g, 1.6mg/100g respectively. |
