| 摘 要： | 分析了在未来移动通信系统中实现网络移动性的一些基本的需求，介绍了实现网络移动性的多种方案，包括由IETFNEMO工作组提出的基本方法，随后又介绍了一种可以实现路由优化的方法，最后总结了欧洲OverDRiVE计划对网络移动性的一些研究活动。
