| Abstract: | The new socialist countryside of "abundant production,well-off life,civilized customs,clean visage,democratic administration" has ever been proposed at the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Congress.This again shows the concern of the Central Government for the agriculture,countryside and farmers.What are the problems in the new socialist countryside reconstruct that need to be solved urgently? How to build the new socialist countryside,and what benefits can farmers really get? These are the questions we have to think about and try to answer. |
