摘    要:以平衡计分卡的组织显性绩效指标体系为基础,利用因子分析挖掘隐性因子指标,建立了基于数据包络分析模型的人力资源团队效率评价体系.这一方法充分显示了平衡计分卡指标选取的动态性和全局性等优势,并弥补在效率评价中的不足,实现人力资源业绩评价与效率评价的有机结合和相互对照,为人力资源团队绩效改进和优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the dominant performance index system of balance scorecard (BSC), the recessive factors were mined by factor analysis, and the efficiency evaluation system of human resource team was built by the data envelop analysis (DEA) models. This method not only fully embodied the advantages of dynamic, global and other characteristics of index selection of BSC, but also compensated the shortages of efficiency evaluation by DEA. As a result, the organic combination and mutual control study of performance and efficiency evaluation of human resource were implemented, and the theoretical foundation for the performance improvement of human resource team was provided.
