论情感教育与创新人才培养

情感作为非智力因素之一,对创新人才的成长具有多方面、独特的影响。重视对学生的情感教育,是教育本质的体现,有利于良好学风的形成和高尚人格的塑造,有利于他们的身心健康。在高校教育管理工作中,应注重对学生的情感教育,改变不利于学生积极情感养成的单一人才培养模式,通过人文学科的熏陶培养学生的崇高情感,是当前创新人才培养中不应忽视的一个方面。

On Sensation Education and the Cultivation of Creative Talents

As one of the factors of the non - intelligences,sensation has diversified and special effects on the cultivation of creative talents.The nature of education is best reflected by sensation education,which helps form a good learning style,shape the mentality of students,and guarantee the healthy growth of the bodies and spirits of the students.For these reasons,sensation education should be stressed on in the process of education and administration of colleges and universities.The paper discusses how to practice sensation education in higher education in order to change the unilateral appraisal system which is unfavorable in developing students ' active emotion,and cultivate the students ' great spirit through the training of the subjects of humanities and arts.
