摘    要:文章首先介绍了E2PROM芯片级动态存储系统的基本要求,给出了这些基本要求的具体实现,最后对动态存储的性能指标进行了评估.该设计有效地解决了E2PROM中动态存储区内存的回收问题,提出了一种空闲块的定位算法,并结合类双向循环链表结构对记录管理,满足了芯片级动态存储的要求,这些设计在大型楼宇系统中应用,性能稳定可靠,因此,在低端嵌入式数据管理中有较高的应用价值.

Abstract:The basic standards of E2PROM chip-level dynamic storage system are introduced,and the concrete realization of these basic standards are provided.The performance of the dynamic storage is assessed.By this design,the problem of the memory recovery in the E2PROM dynamic memory block is solved and a localization algorithm of free block is put forward.The structure of alike bi-directional circulatory chain table is used in records management,which meets the requirements of the chip-level dynamic memory.The performance of these designs used in large building system is very stable and reliable.Therefore,the design idea is of higher application value in the low-end embedded data management.
