Information system based on web play an important role to improve the efficiency of work and promote the quality of service in medical institutions. At the same time, the website contains the registration and expert introduction etc. So, it is concerned too much by society. Due to the factors such as the doctor-patient contradiction and commercial malicious competition, it＇s easy to become the target of attack. The thesis analyzed the site safety problems in medical institutions. The root cause of these problems lies in the poor technical measures, institutional deficiencies and poor oversight. It puts forward the site administrator pay attention to the security management which make up of Operating System, Web Server, Web Application. It ask administrators to regular analysis the monitoring report and timely renew knowledge by furthering studies .
