| 摘 要： | 用不对称滚轮试样研究了表面镀铜对接触疲劳寿命的影响.在车削表面上镀铜,可使接触疲劳寿命提高179%。测定了表面粗糙度和剥落坑剖面形状,对镀铜提高接触疲劳寿命的原因和影响镀铜效果的因素进行了分析讨论。

| Abstract: | The influence of copper plating on roller surfaces on contact fatigue life is studied.Themean life of rollers electroplated increases 179% compared with non-electroplated roller.Measure-ments of surface roughness of roller specimens and shapes of transverse sections of failed specimensare made.The reasons that copper plating increases contact fatigue life and the factors affecting cop-per plating effect are discussed. |
