摘    要:以草莓品种丰香叶片为外植体,研究基本培养基及不同植物生长调节剂组合对不定芽再生的影响。结果表明:丰香不定芽分化的最适基本培养基为MS培养基;TDZ与2,4-D组合能明显提高丰香草莓叶片的再生效果;MS基本培养基附加2.0mg/L TDZ和0.05mg/L 2,4-D,不定芽再生率为67.3%,平均每叶再生芽为2.34个。试验还发现TDZ的诱导效果显著优于6-BA。

Abstract:The optimal regeneration system of strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch.) cultivar 'Toyonoka' by leaf explants was established.In this study,the effects of the basal medium and plant growth regulators on shoot regeneration from leaves of strawberry were investigated.The study indicated that MS was the best basal media for 'Toyonoka'.In addition,TDZ combined with 2,4-D increased regeneration efficiency dramatically for'Toyonoka'.The results showed that the highest regeneration rate of 67.3%,with 2.34 shoots per leaf disc,was obtained on the medium MS supplemented with 2.0 mg/L TDZ and 0.05 mg/L 6-BA.TDZ was more effective than 6-BA in inducing shoot regeneration from leaves of strawberry cultivar 'Toyonoka'.
