| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前专利保护工作中专利违法现象严重的现状，分析了其主要原因及给社会带来的损害。从加大宣传力度、强化专利意识，健全执法队伍、加大执法力度等方面提出了强化专利保护，遏制专利违法行为的对策。
