| 摘 要： | 在许多基因检测案例中,要排除父权的更可能是与小孩无任何血缘关系的男性。根据Mendel遗传定律,一个男子被排除父权当且仅当他在某个基因座上与Mendel遗传定律有冲突。本文给出了排除随机男子是两个小孩父亲的概率的简洁且通用的计算公式,结合两组汉族地区数据,计算出随机男子的排父率,数值结果表明:排除一个随机男子父权的机会是非常大的。

| Abstract: | In many cases,it is know that the false father is more likely an unrelated man.In this paper,a general and concise formula was developed for calculating the power of excluding a random man from paternity of two children.Two sets of Chinese Han data sets are used to illustrate the effect of the random man on the exclusion probability.The numerical results show that the exclusion probabilities are big. |
