论支持可持续发展的精神动力

推动社会全面、持续向前发展的动力系统可从宏观上概括为：物质动力系统、精神动力系统、体制动力系统等。如果把发展生产力看作社会主义发展的物质动力，把改革看作社会主义发展的体制动力，那么，精神文明建设就是社会主义可持续发展的精神动力。可持续发展既要靠提高劳动者的素质，也是为了追求人的全面发展。在生产力诸要素中，物的要素固然重要，没有物的要素，人的能动性难以发挥，但是，如果没有人的主观能动性，任何物充其量只不过是一堆死物。因此，研究、探讨精神动力系统对我国的可持续发展问题非常重要。

On Spritual Impetus to Support Sustainable Development

The dynamic system which push the society forward simply can be described from the macroscopic view as: material dynamic system,spiritual dynamic system and structural system.If we look the development of productivity as the material impetus,the reform as the structural impetus then the construction of spiritual civilization should be as the spiritual impetus of the socialist sustainable development.The sustainable development is not only depended on the improving the quality of worker,but also pursuing the all round development of man of all aspects of productivity,material is important-man's activity is hard to bring into play without material,however anything is only a mass of dead thing without man's subjective activity.So it is very important to study the role which the spiritual motivation mechanism plays on the sustainable development of China.
