微生物的混合培养及应用

摘    要:在人为控制的条件下,将多种微生物进行混合培养,可以获得人们所需的多种产品,同时也有利于开展生态学的研究。目前,利用微生物混合培养的方式,主要应用于食品工业进行传统酿造及酸乳、饮料等的生产。本文同时对单细胞蛋白生产、联合固氮、提高有机酸与氨基酸产量、生态学等方面也开展了不同程度的研究。

Abstract:In men's controlling conditions,many microbial strains are mixed culture fermented, and the goal products can be gotten. And it is favourable to the study of microbial ecology. Now, the important uses of the mixed culture fermentation are applied to food industry: changing traditional fermentations and the production of lactic acid and drinks, and the study on the production of SCP, link nitrogen fixation, fermentation of organic acid and amino acid, as well as ecology.
