拉萨市及周边地区小学生蛔虫感染与防治知识知晓率对比调查

目的：了解西藏拉萨市及其周边地区小学生蛔虫病感染状况及防治知识知晓率,并作出对比分析,为西藏地区儿童蛔虫病的防治提供依据。方法：采用随机抽样的方法对拉萨市纳金小学、堆龙德庆县小学和林周县小学在校生各120人（年龄为7-13岁）进行问卷调查和实验室检测。结果：拉萨市纳金小学蛔虫感染率为6%,略高于全国平均水平,防治知识知晓率为95.8%;堆龙德庆县小学蛔虫感染率为10.8%,明显高于全国平均水平,防治知识知晓率为76.7%;林周县小学蛔虫感染率为59.2%,远高于全国平均水平,防治知识知晓率为48.3%,明显低于全国水平。结论：加强对西藏小学生进行健康教育,普及卫生知识,以降低儿童蛔虫病的感染率。

Ascariasis Infection Status and Rate Understanding Prevention Knowledge Comparison among Primary School Students in Lhasa city and Surrounding Areas

The ascariasis infection status and prevention awareness were investigated among primary school students in Lhasa and surrounding areas to provide ascariasis prevention baseline for the Tibetan children by questionnaire survey,laboratory testing and comparative analysis with 120 primary school students from Lhasa and 120 students from surrounding rural primary school.The Results showed that the ascariasis infection rate in Nagin primary school was 6% and is slightly higher than national average and the awareness of prevention knowledge rate was 95.8%;the infection rate was 10.8% in Duilongdeqing primary school and significantly higher than national average,and the awareness of prevention knowledge rate was 76.7%;the infection rate in Linzhou primary school was 59.2% and significantly higher than national level,and awareness of prevention knowledge rate was 48.3% and significantly lower than national level,.In conclusion,the health education must be strengthened among Tibetan primary school students and accessing to universal health knowledge,in order to reduce the infection rate of child ascariasis.
