| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了T8A钢整体加热薄层硬化处理工艺,及硬化层深度对多冲接触疲劳抗力、常规机械性能的影响。结果表明,薄层硬化的T8A钢,硬化层深度与多冲下凹值存在谷值关系,且硬化层深度对多冲接触疲劳抗力有明显的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper probes the process of the shallower hardening layer treat-ment of the whole sample of steel T8A after being heated and it influence tothe hardening penetration on the resistance of contact fatigue of Repeated=Impact=Load-Test and on mechanical properties.The result showsthat, the relationship between the impression value and the hardeninglayer has a valley and the depth of the hardening layer has the expliciteffect to the resistance of contact fatigue of Repeated-Impact-Load-Test. |
