离子型有机锡羧酸酯化合物的合成及产物的抑菌活性

摘    要:在有机胺的存在下,Ph3SnCl与HOOCCH2CH2COOH反应,得到了五配位阴离子型有机锡羧酸酯化合物,通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、元素分析等方法对产物结构进行表征,确定其结构.同时测定产物的抑菌活性.结果表明,合成的6种离子型有机锡羧酸酯对农作物病菌均有较好的抑菌活性.

Abstract:Several kinds of penta-coordinated anionic organotin carboxylate compound were synthesized by the reaction of Ph3SnCl with HOOCCH2CH2COOH in the presence of organic amine. The products were characterized by elemental analyses, IR,^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectroscopies. And the structures of six products were determined. Furthermore, the experiment of antibacterial activity was performed on these compounds, and the result showed that all of them can act on the tested crop pathogens efficiently.
