中国企业规模经济现状分析

从总体上说。我国产业的企业规模普遍偏小，产业集中度过低，缺乏规模经济。中国加入WTO后，企业将面临着激烈的国际竞争环境，中国企业因规模小而不能充分利用规模经济，生产经营成本高，在与国外企业的竞争中缺乏优势。面对中国企业规模经济的现状。提出了购并是提高企业规模经济效益，促进企业向大型化发展的理想选择的观点，并就购并过程中应该注意的一些问题，如政府的引导作用、战略目标的确立、资本市场的完善以及社会保障机制的建立等进行了重点阐述。

Analysis on the Present State of the Scale Economy of Chinese Enterprises

Generally speaking, Chinese enterprise with smaller scale and lower industrial centralizing degree has lack of the scale economy. After WTO entry of China, the Chinese enterprises will face the drastic international competitive environment. Chinese enterprises, which can't make full use of the scale economy because of their smaller scale and higher production and operation cost, have poor superiority in the competition with the foreign enterprises. Facing the present state of Chinese enterprises' scale economy, this paper points out that the acquisition and merger is an ideal selection for increasing the benefit of enterprises' scale economy and promoting the enlarging development of the enterprises, and expounds emphatically some problems needing attention in the course of the acquisition and merger such as the guiding function of the government, the establishment of the strategical target, the perfection of the capital market, and the establishment of the social security system, etc.
