| 摘 要： | 代建单位在实施项目代建的过程中会遇到各种各样的风险，尤其是代建改造项目，因其设施老化、涉及的专业多、存在质量隐患多等特点，即增加了代建难度，也增大了代建风险。根据参加多个项目代建的经验，结合改造项目的实际情况和特点，系统地分析了代建制项目施工阶段所存在的质量控制方面的风险，探讨并总结风险防范的应对措施，为更好地开展代建工作积累经验，对进一步完善代建制项目管理理论，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Construction agent organization will meet various risks during implementation of construction agent project, especially the construction agent of the Olympic rebuilding project, because of the aging establishment, referring many specialties and having quality hidden trouble, as makes the construction agent more difficult and the risk bigger. It is systematic analyzed quality control risks of construction agent project on carrying out, discussed and summarized that response measurement of risk precau- tion, according to the experience of taking part in many construction agent projects, combining with practical case and characteristic of rebuilding project, it is of important practical values to accumulate experience for more successfully carrying out construction agent project and perfect the management theory of construction agent project. |
