摘    要:公元前505年,楚昭王在现在的萍乡市境内渡江时获得一个吉祥物——萍实,可是,现代的生物学和药学中,没有"萍实"一词。"萍实"是何生物,成了千古一谜。最近,我们发现:"萍实"是武功山巨型灵芝,并根据历史事实和文史资料,灵活运用数学思想方法,进行了论证破解。本文介绍我们运用数学思想方法破解"萍实"之谜的过程。

Abstract:In 505 BC, the King Zhao of Chu got a mascot Pingshi when crossing a river in, what is now,the territory of Pingxiang. However, there is no word of "Pingshi" in modem biology and pharmacy. What is"Pingshi" becomes a mystery. Recently, we found that "Pingshi" is giant ganoderma in Wugong Mountain.Based on historical facts and data, we apply mathematical thinking method flexibly to unlock the secret. Thispaper describes the process of unraveling the mystery of"Pingshi" by using mathematical thinking method.
