校本课程开发与教师教育智慧增长

摘    要:校本课程开发是学校志愿、自主进行的,建构具有本校特色的、可供学生选择的校本课程的实践过程。校本课程开发自主开放、给教师赋权增能,扩展了教师专业发展的内容,凸显了教师的教育智慧的作用。“教育智慧”是指教师面对复杂多变的教育情境和具体的教育问题,能够灵活应对、顺利解决问题的本领,是教师实践经验的结晶。校本课程开发是教师教育智慧增长的重要途径,有关反思性实践、行动研究和发展性评价等工作,都应该注意规范性和实效性的问题。

Abstract:School-based curriculum development,conducted by schools voluntarily and autonomously,is the practice of constructing school-based curricula with school characteristics and optional to students.The development of school-based curriculum is autonomous and open,empowering teachers,expanding the content of teachers' professional development.Therefore,it focuses on the importance of teachers' educational wisdom.Educational wisdom,as a result of a teacher's teaching practice,refers to a teacher's ability to handle and solve problems when confronting complex educational situations and specific educational problems.School-based curriculum development is an important approach to the growth of teachers' educational wisdom.Reflection,action research and developmental evaluation should address issues as standards and efficiency.
