摘    要:报道了Hg^2+胁迫下芡实叶超微结构的变化。芡实叶片受Hg^2+毒害的初期,线粒体的嵴出现瓦解,中央空泡。质体发育受阻,原片层结构破坏,外膜突起呈泡状。成熟叶绿体中基粒类囊体解体。随着毒害的加深,叶绿体中类囊体膜结构均遭破坏,外膜解体。叶柄细胞受害后,叶绿体中央出现大型淀粉粒,其周围的类囊体解体,其它症状和叶片细胞相似。

Abstract:Ultrastructural changes in leaf cells of Euryale ferox Salisb. by the stress of Hg 2 are reported. At the primary stage when the leaves suffered for the poison of Hg 2 , the mitochondria began to vacuolate with the cristea's disintergrating, the development of plastid was blocked with the poison of Hg 2 , the prolamellar body could not be observed and a bulb like structure shapped by the outer membrane's protruding. The granumthylakoid disintergrated in chloroplasts. With the increasing of the poison, the thylakoid and outer membrane of chloroplasts have suffered destruction. There appears large starch grain in the middle of the chloroplast in leaf stalk with the poison, and the thylakoid around the starch grain disintergrated, while the other symptoms are similar to that of leaf.
