广西兴安严关窑宋代瓷器的研究

摘    要:选取广西宋代兴安严关窑的瓷器标本,检测它们的物理性质、化学组成和显微结构,并与中国宋代名青瓷进行比较.化学分析结果表明:瓷胎富二氧化硅,具有中国南方古瓷的特点.瓷釉中含氧化钙较高,属石灰釉.显微结构观察到部分古瓷釉层中存在液相分离结构.从而探讨了严关窑宋瓷使用的原料、瓷釉配料及工艺技术.

Abstract:In this paper, several typical porcelain specimens of the Song Dynasty from Yan Guan ware of Xingan county, Guangxi province were investigated. Their physical properties, chemical composition and microstructure were examined, and compared with other ancient Chinese ware. The results of chemical analysis show that the porcelain bodies are rich in SiO 2, which is characteristic of southern celadon in ancient China. The content of CaO in the glaze is high, so it belongs to lime glaze with CaO as the main flux. An interpenetrating phase separation structure was found in some ancient giaze,using transimission electron microscope. In addition, a disoussion is given concerning the body meterials used., the glaze batch and technology for making the porcelain of Yan Guan ware.
