| 摘 要： | 提出一种开关磁阻电机驱动系统(SRD)功率变换器的新型软开关策略.通过在电源与开关磁阻电机(SRM)相绕组开关电路间插入准谐振直流环节电路,并在各相绕组开关上并联缓冲电容器以实现相开关的零电压开通和关断.在介绍该策略的电路拓扑及特点基础上,分析了相绕组开关零电压开通原理;结合公共开关型SRD功率变换器中公共开关的斩波过程,对电路的控制时序和谐振模式进行分析.针对谐振电感储能不同及SRM绕组电感变化对谐振的影响进行仿真.结果表明,只要参数选择合理谐振波形就不受SRM绕组电感变化的影响,并且试验验证了相开关及辅助开关的软开关特性.
