高强度聚焦超声相控阵列的优化设计方法

摘    要:高强度聚焦超声相控阵列的诸多参数直接影响着该系统的性能和制作成本。为此,提出了一种高强度聚焦超声相控阵列设计参数优化方法,用此法优化球面相控阵列的参数,合理地选择阵列排列方式、激发频率、阵元大小和球面曲线,可大大减少阵元的数目,从而实现了具有高性价比的高强度聚焦超声相控阵列。该方法对球面不等间距同心圆阵列的优化设计结果,既表明了这种优化设计方法的可行性,又给出了阵列优化设计中的一些有价值的规律。

Abstract:All the parameters of high intensity focused ultrasound phased array may effect the performance and cost of the ultrasound therapeutic system. This paper brought up with our parameter design optimization method for high intensity focused ultrasound phased array. Using this method, it made an optimal design of spherical phased arrays and it is found that this method can produce an optimal array with least elements by choosing rational frequency, element size and shell curvature, therefore can provide the ultrasound therapeutic system with high capability but low cost. The optimization results of spherical-section annular phased array with unequal element space got by this method show the feasibility of the optimal method and give some valuable rules of the optimal phased array design.
