| 摘 要： | 中子没有电荷,但是实验方面证实了中子有磁矩。我们知道:一切磁性都是由于电荷运动而构成的。现在存在着的中子磁矩的理论是介于理论。焦起和于尔班等先后支持和发展了这个理论。费米在1949年的原子核物理课程中,认为中子实在是一种混合状态,就是说大部分时间,中子是一种磁矩为零的理想的中子,但是每秒钟的一小部分时间 t,中子转变为一个理想的质子和一个负的π介子如下式:
