我国省际间技术创新能力的差异研究

摘    要:以专利授予量代表技术创新能力,利用基尼系数测算1998—2008年我国省际间技术创新能力水平的差异,并按专利类型对基尼系数及其变动进行分解,按东中西3个区域对基尼系数进行地区子集分解。研究结果表明:省际间技术创新能力的差距有拉大的趋势,差距和不均衡主要表现为实用新型专利和外观设计专利的差距;实用新型专利的增加有助于缩小创新能力水平的差异;大部分创新能力水平的差异是由地区间差异解释的,在地区内部东部地区的贡献率最大。

Abstract:Gini index is applied to measure the inequality in the technological innovation represented by the number of the granted patents in the period between 1998 and 2008 between provinces in China.The Gini index and its variation are decomposed according to patent sources and three regions of middle,eastern,and western part.The results show that: the gap between technological innovation capability widened and the inequality were mainly caused by the differences in new type and practical patent and exterior design patent;inventions of new type and practical patent contributes to reduction of the inequality in technological innovation capability;most of the disparity and difference is explained by the differences between regions and the eastern region makes the greatest contributions within the three regions.
