摘    要:本文使用金相,扫描电镜,探针等手段,分析了镶铸双金属锤头高Cr铸铁—碳钢(灰口铸铁)双金属界面的结合情况,组织形貌和元素扩散情况,分析了两种结合方式的特点,并讨论了界面附近缩孔,点渣,裂纹等缺陷产生的原因,提出了防止其产生的措施.

Abstract:The metalioscope, SEM and globe are used here to study the joint mode, microstructure. and diffusion of aloying elements of the interface of the bimetall hammer inlayed a piece of high-Cr iron. It is deemed that the parent materials and inlays joint in two ways: metallurgical bonding and mechanical contacts. They exist together in the same interface. There is no gap between the metallurgical bonding interface and alloying element diffuse largely. The joint strenth of the interface is therefore high. The paper also discusses the defects such as shinkage cavities. inclusions and cracks. Ways to prevents them are given.
