串级式温度控制系统在一步制粒机上的应用

摘    要:本文采用串级式控制对本厂原有的一步制粒机温度控制系统进行改造,通过试验证明了采用串级温度控制系统不仅解决了蒸汽温升滞后和温度冲高的问题,控制精度能保证在±1℃以内,而且其可操作性得到提高,现在只要给出物料对温度的要求,则可以按要求根据蒸汽压力,风量等条件,设定进、出风口温度,串级温度调节系统便可自行调节,如设定值不适合产品工艺要求,则可随时修改,非常方便。

Cascade Control in the One-step Granulating Temperature System
Abstract:In the paper, the. temperature control system of one-step granulating was replace by cascade control system, and the experiment proved that the new cascade temperature control system not only solved the lag of temperature rise and temperature overshoot, the control accuracy can be kept at within ± 1 ℃, but also its operability was improved, and now as long as the material temperature requirements were given, you can set the temperature of input and output according to the vapor pressure, air volume, etc., and the cascade temperature conditioning system will be able to self-regulation, if the setting value do not fit the product process requirements it can be amended at any time.
