中国企业的组织文化同IS文化之间的一致性分析

摘    要:IS中隐含着独特的文化特征,与组织文化相冲突的IS会引起组织成员的抵制,这在一定程度上会引起实施的失败或者导致组织没有达到预期的变化,因此,这种文化与IS实现之间的连接关系是IS实施过程中需要控制的一个重要因素.中国企业在将IS引入时,不得不考虑IS成长和应用所依托的文化背景.分析中国企业文化同IS自身携带的文化之间的差异,努力在这二者之间进行融合,才能建立IS成功运用的土壤.

Abstract:The information system(IS) has its specific cultural characteristics,and the conflict between the IS culture and the organizational culture may cause the resistance of organizational members,which can result in the failure of the IS implementation or the unfulfilment of expected changes of the organization. Thus, the relation between the organizational culture and IS realization is a key factor that needs to be controlled during the process of IS implementation. Chinese enterprises have to consider the cultural background in which the IS develops and is applied. In order to make IS implementation successful, it is necessary for Chinese enterprises to analyze the differences between the organizational culture and the inherent culture of IS and try best to harmonize them.
