| 摘 要： | 根据当前办公自动化系统的研究与应用现状,提出一种可应用于企业的办公自动化流程,并以中国北车集团齐齐哈尔铁路车辆(集团)有限责任公司为例.从理论和实践上研究探讨办公自动化系统的构成及在企业的实际应用情况,最后总结出系统的特点及所采取的措施.
