多级混合式软件人才培养方案的研究与探索

摘    要:当前我国高等教育在软件人才培养方面存在重论文、轻设计、缺实践的问题,软件人才不能很快适应社会需要.归纳了软件技术实用分级架构,提出高校应采取理论级为基础、工程级为主体和目标、企业级为辅的混合式软件人才培养方案,构建混合式教学内容体系.给出了对当前软件工程教育的建议,对于类似的其它工程性学科,该方案也可提供有益的参考.

Abstract:Currently some problems existed in higher education of our country,such as laying too much stress on papers,belittling design and lacking practices.Summarize the hierarchical architecture of software technology.A multi-level mixed training scheme for software talents is proposed,which bases on the theoretical level,aims at engineering level and makes enterprise level subsidiary.Advice about software engineering education in universities and colleges are given.The proposed scheme can also provide a reference for other similar engineering subjects.
