浅谈绿色壁垒及我国的突破对策

阐述了绿色贸易壁垒的特点和主要表现形式,讨论了绿色贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响,提出了我国应对绿色贸易壁垒的建议及对策,包括提高环保意识,强化环保执法,推行“绿色环境标志”制度及环境认证制度,注重“环境外交”策略的运用,提高产品的竞争力,严禁国外污染严重产业向我国转移。

Talking about the Green Trade Wall and the Breakthrough Countermeasures of China

This paper expounds the features and main representing forms o f th e green trade wall, discusses on the influence of the green trade wall on the ex porting trade of China, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures ag ainst the green trade wall, which include increasing the consciousness of enviro nmental protection, strengthening the enforcement of laws of environmental prote ction, promoting the system of "the green environment mark" and environment auth entication system, paying attention to the application of "environmental diploma cy", increasing the competitive power of the products, and strictly forbidding t he transfer of the industries with severe pollution from foreign countries into China.
