| 摘 要： | 目的：对玉葡萄根（Ampelopsis delavayana（Franch．）planch．）进行抗炎镇痛作用研究。方法：采用醋酸扭体法、热板法研究玉葡萄根对小鼠的镇痛作用，以及采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀，醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加的实验研究，观察玉葡萄根的抗炎作用。结果：玉葡萄根对两种刺激有非常显著的镇痛作用（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），对两种实验性炎症有非常显著的抗炎作用（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：玉葡萄根具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Ampelopsis delavayana(Franch.)planch Method: The hot-plate test and acetic acid writhing method were adopted in the experiments.And ear edema induced by dimethyl-benzene and abdominal capillary permeability by acetic acid in mice were used to study the anti-inflammatory effects.Results: Ampelopsis delavayana(Franch) planch could prolong the threshold of paw licking,decrease mice writhing,inhibit ear edema,and reduce the abdominal capillary permeability.There were significant differences compared with control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Ampelopsis delavayana(Franch.) planch has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
