| 摘 要： | 国家天然林保护工程是在世界生态环境保护、中国林业可持续发展以及１９９８特大洪灾的背景下启动的，是林区实现可持续发展的一项重大战略。工程的全面实施，将带来林业经营管理思想的重大变革：在林业经营观念上要树立现代林业的经营理念；在管理体制上要实行林业分类经营管理；在企业运行机制上要建立适应现代林业发展要求的林业企业制度。

| Abstract: | Under the background of world ecological environmental protection, forestry sustainable development in China and catastrophic flood in 1998, the national natural forest protection project was initiated. The project is an important strategy to realize sustainable development in forest areas. It will bring some new thoughts,such as, setting up modern forestry, implementing forest classification management and establishing modern forestry enterprise system.$$$$ |
