| Abstract: | There were numerous experimental equipments in the colleges and universities,their renovation and upgrade was quick,so,structuring a effective operating managerial mechanism with the equipment scrapping and disposition,strengthening equipment＇s recycle,displaying the equipment resources value fully,would be the key of improving the synthetic usage effectiveness of the equipment resource. |
