| 摘 要： | 目的总结32例吸人性损伤治疗经验，以提高治愈率。方法总结分析2004年7月至2007年9月收治32例吸人性损伤患者临床资料。结果32例中治愈25例，死亡7例。结论吸入性损伤死亡的主要原因为肺部感染、窒息。早期的气管切开、积极有效的呼吸道治疗护理是治疗吸人性损伤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the treatment experience of 32 inhalation injury patients.Methods: Analyze the clinical data of 32 inhalation injury patients from July of 2004 to September of 2007.Results: 25 patients were cured and 7 cases were dead.Conclusion: The main reason of death was asphyxia as a result of pulmonary infection.Operating a tracheotomy in early stage and positive respiratory tract management were effective therapy. |
