| Abstract: | This paper points out that the Outlook on Scientific Development and the Important Thought of "Three Represents" come from the same line and consistently keep up with the times,that they both insist upon the Marxist world view and methodology from the aspects of concept connotation,value orientation,theoretical foundation and practice demands. |
